In Tethered, a porcelain jackrabbit is caught in a moment of suspended motion, held by the weight of a reclaimed boat crank. The surface, marked by fire and wood ash, carries traces of resilience, fragility hardened through struggle and flame. The work lingers in the tension of the binds, both seen and unseen, that shape us all.
